I was in the 5th grade when I met Greg. Over 50 years of friendship he has meant everything to me. My fishing buddy. I remember when we spent 36 hours at Geist Reservoir together in one weekend. I don’t remember the exact count, but I’m sure he caught more. He was my boss too when Greg had me roof for him. I probably got mad at him too because he did not know how to take a break. At basketball he had a great corner shot, of course I passed it to him. He was my mentor. He showed and taught me so much. Like when he let me drive in the country when I was 13. And some of my favorite memories are just Greg and me sitting on the front porch with a bag of chips, and either pop or ice tea and salted peanuts. Everything we did together will always be some of my favorite memories.

I miss you so much already Dad. Life will never be the same without you. I am so happy for you though. I know you are now without pain and so happy and content. We will take good care of Mom. I’m sure you’re in heaven taking care of my dear Isaac. I love you so much.
